Computer-to-screen (CTS)
The laser direct exposure machine is an exposure system (CTS) that can image a computer image on a screen plate. The laser direct exposure machine includes a high-precision optical lens, a DMD imaging system, a 405-nanometer laser, a stable motion platform, a computer with an efficient software system, a monitor, and a stable water cooling system. This laser direct exposure machine can expose and image with high precision on the silk screen.
The laser direct exposure machine introduces digital optical processing (DLP) technology into the field of screen imaging, using DLP laser direct imaging technology to replace the traditional film or mask exposure mode, and is equipped with HIWINSP-level guide rails and linear motor Renishaw gratings. Marble base, etc., to ensure the stability of the machine.
What is automatic expanding and shrinking?
In view of the special effect of printing paper with screen, traditional films need to be edited for printing down due to deformation after printing paper, resulting in manual work waste and precision loss. CTS300-AI uses CCD industrial camera to capture paper data, calculate paper deformation data through powerful computing ability while automatically expand and shrink the graph according to the paper deformation data, so that the graph on the screen accurately aligns the deformed paper, thereby eliminating the distress of editing film.
