Computer-to-screen (CTS)

CTS laser direct plate making machine is to directly read computer data files and convert them into images, and then expose and image them on the screen by laser projection. This kind of imaging screen is suitable for textile printing, and also suitable for decals, packaging, PCB, 3C Printing on glass covers, etc.

 

What is automatic expanding and shrinking?

One of the common problems is the inaccurate color registration caused by the mismatch of the marks of the two printing methods. There are many reasons for this, including the humidity change and expansion of the paper, so the relative distance between the graphics (between the actual and the original) changes, and the existing screen printing plate making size is still made according to the original drawing size, so it is difficult to register.

GIS automatically adjusts the size of screen printing pattern, which can minimize loss and improve efficiency.

Therefore, our company creatively carries out vacuum adsorption and positioning scanning on the actual deformation of printed matter on the same equipment, and then adaptively makes it laser screen making according to the actual changes through the special software algorithm system, because positioning scanning and laser screen making on the same equipment make the offset printing and silk screen printing process realize perfect overprint.
