Computer-to-screen (CTS)
CTS is a computer-to-screen (CTS) imaging and exposure system (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, EU patent). Some rayon screens are exposed and imaged. It is also suitable for some graphics applications.
GIS Tech is the pioneer in introducing the DLP Technology into the laser imaging applications, owning to our proprietary intellectual properties in the technologies of data processing, data transmission, graphics, electronic control, board controller, laser source and optical lenses. Our main products are CTS series (Computer to Screen system), a fully automatic printing plate exposure system.
CTS series is one of our mature laser direct imaging products, which is based on digital micro-mirror device (DMD) array technology. The equipment process an image pattern through a computer which converts the image into graphic machine data, then transfer the data to a digital micro-mirror array (DMD), which then directly projects the image onto a photoresist material to complete exposure.
