    CTS100 Computer to screen (CTS) machine is mainly for screen making in the textile printing industry. Its precision is 1270 or 2540 dpi, and the maximum screen size is 900x1000 mm. Digital images are produced by DMD (digital micro-mirrordevice) which has over 800 thousand or 2 million micrometer micro-mirrors, enabling clear and sharp squre dots. This latest digital exposure system has now become the new standards for screen printing industry.

  1. According to customer requirements, CTS machine can be configured with suitable lens 1.95X (higher accuracy), 2.052X.
  2. GIS develops our own the 405nm coupled laser and laser imaging system to increase laser utilization rate from 30% to 50%.
  3. CTS machine can present the minimum of 50 μm line width and 5% dots on the screen.
  4. CTS machine adopts HIWIN SP class guide rail, linear motor, Renishaw grating ruler, marble bed body to ensure the stability of our equipment.
